Incoming Transmission

Every artifact recovered from the Planet Pallet Research Archive is carefully prepared before transmission to Earth.

Our goal is to ensure every package arrives safely, securely, and ready to continue its journey.

Please review the transmission protocols below.

Processing Time

Each recovered artifact requires preparation before transmission.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

During periods of high transmission activity (new releases, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been prepared, you'll receive a confirmation transmission containing your tracking information.

Shipping Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

United States

  • 3–7 Business Days

International

  • 7–21 Business Days

Please note that customs processing and local postal services may affect international delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your artifact begins its journey to Earth, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package size
  • Shipping method selected

Any available shipping promotions will automatically appear during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Occasionally, Earth shipping networks experience unexpected delays.

If your tracking information has not updated for several business days or your package appears lost, please contact us through our Contact page.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate your transmission.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.

The Planet Pallet Research Archive cannot guarantee delivery if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.

If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update your shipment before it leaves the archive.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs fees
  • Import duties
  • Taxes
  • Other government charges

These fees are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in your purchase price.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

Our Research Division will review the transmission and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on inventory availability or fulfillment location.

If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
